Cloud Working Group: Open to all members of the university community, the Cloud Working Group focuses on sharing ideas to tackle challenges in cloud computing. Join us to help shape future developments.

edu-ID Community: We look forward to reconnecting with the edu-ID community. The program features a status update and a look ahead at future developments. Most importantly, it offers another opportunity for in-person exchange and networking.

FAIR Metadata Working Group: Our community consists of Data FAIRness practitioners and experts from universities, including administration, funding bodies, archives, and libraries, working to advance FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable & Reusable) principles in data management.

ICT Law Working Group (closed Community): ICT LAW WG is an exclusive working group for legal professionals at Swiss universities. This group meets once a year to present and discuss current legal topics relevant to higher education institutions. A key objective of the WG is to foster connections among university legal professionals and create valuable synergies. To ensure open and trusting dialogue, participation is generally limited to legal staff from Swiss universities. All information shared within the group is confidential and remains within this circle.

Netzwerk Working Group (closed Community): The Network Working Group is a technical forum for network customers from research institutions and academic IT services. It focuses on practical networking topics—from daily operations to emerging technologies. Members are encouraged to contribute topics to keep discussions relevant and grounded in real-world needs. The group fosters peer exchange, insight sharing, and shaping the future of networking in research and education

Procurement Working Group: Let’s shape the future of procurement in Higher Education—together. Our procurement working group will come together to connect across institutions, collaborate on shared challenges, and co-create smarter solutions. Expect separate sessions in German and French, real-world insights, and opportunity to strengthen our network.

ROAM: In this session the eduroam team will provide you with an overview of their current work. There will also be time for the participants to bring up and discuss their topics around eduroam.

eduhub SIG e-Assessment: The SIG e-Assessment is a network of pedagogical and technological specialists from Swiss Higher Education Institutions working with all forms of digital assessments. The SIG organizes two yearly full-day workshops with reports from the participating institutions on ongoing projects and challenges, site visits, presentations, hands-on demonstrations, and plenary discussions. The SIG e-Assessment with its active community facilitates inter-institutional knowledge exchange as well as cooperations in technology development, establishing best practices, or securing funding.

eduhub SIG OER: The SIG OER is a special interest group for Open Educational Resources in Swiss higher education and is part of the Swiss e-learning community, eduhub. It consists of members from various universities in Switzerland. The primary objective is to establish a robust foundation for the topic OER within academic institutions, with a specific focus on enhancing the quality of teaching and learning.

eduhub SIG SAMoo: SAMoo is a community for Moodle administrators at Swiss Higher Education Institutions. We meet one to two times a year to exchange knowhow and best practices in didactic and technical fields related to Moodle, and we start new projects and coordinate activities together.

You'll have the opportunity to give your feedback and help shape their future developments. It's also a perfect chance to network and share ideas with professionals from other universities.
